
Inside Sales Representative, Realforce U.S.

Overview
Realforce is hiring two Inside Sales Representatives for our U.S. team. Full-time, remote, U.S. based. Both positions are 100% focused on the REMAX network across the U.S. and Canada.
This is a special opportunity with uncapped commissions. You’ll be embedded within REMAX — operating under the REMAX brand with a REMAX email address as part of the Marketing Studio Concierge team.
This is a pure sales role. You drive meaningful spend inside the REMAX Marketing Studio by working with brokers, teams, and agents. Your job is to understand what an agent or office needs and match them to the right product.
The role is product-agnostic and vendor-neutral. Success is measured on adoption across the full REMAX portfolio, not on the performance of any single product or vendor.
Responsibilities
• Help teams and high-volume agents get more from their marketing. Define and prove the go-to-market motion that connects them with the right REMAX Marketing Studio solutions, working iteratively — form a hypothesis, test it quickly, evaluate honestly, and keep what works.
• Work the primary hypothesis: teams and high-volume agents already invest in marketing, and bringing that spend into REMAX Marketing Studio can help them save money, save time, and market more effectively. Where a member invests each month meaningfully, work to understand their goals and match them to the right solution.
• Run a consistent outbound motion across your book: dialer outreach, qualification, showing how the products work, and helping members get set up.
• Lead discovery conversations: understand what’s working well, what could be better, and what they want to achieve, then recommend the right fit.
• Use internal dashboards to find and prioritize the teams, offices, and agents who stand to benefit most (with filters for volume, current usage, multi-office, team, and more).
• Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, pipeline reviews, and accurate forecasting, with documented next steps after every conversation.
• Develop working command of the full product menu to advise agents, teams, and offices on the right combination.
Requirements
• Required: direct U.S. real estate industry experience. Practicing or former licensed agent, brokerage support or marketing role, or vendor role serving brokerages, franchises, portals, MLS/CRM systems, or marketing services to the industry. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• 2+ years in a quota-carrying inside sales or new-business role. Track record of hitting quota in a high-volume outbound and inbound motion. Comfortable with cold outreach and with rejection.
• Strong sales drive. Motivated by closing, by uncapped commission, and by working a defined book hard.
• Self-structured and obsessed with discipline, efficiency, and follow-through. No one reminds you to do your job.
• Strong product instinct. Comfortable learning a multi-product menu and matching it to a client’s goal on the merits.
• Excellent verbal and written U.S. English.
• Comfortable representing a partner brand and maintaining discretion in agent-facing communication.
• Salesforce CRM proficiency.
• Self-starter capable of operating remotely.
• Travel occasionally for events and agent training. One trip per year to Realforce HQ in Sweden for company collaboration.
Nice to have: active or lapsed real estate license, experience inside a national brokerage franchise, large real estate team or prior experience in a co-branded or embedded vendor role.
What Success Looks Like
• Quota attainment. Order volume and revenue against the assigned book are predictable and growing.
• Pipeline is clean, current, and forecastable. No deal slips because of missed follow-up.
• Agents and offices experience a single, polished point of contact: fast response, professional execution, clear next step.
• Higher-complexity opportunities are identified and escalated cleanly, without delay.
