We're looking for an Integration Engineer to become the primary technical point of contact for game developers and publishers integrating with Aghanim's platform.
You'll guide partners through the entire integration lifecycle—from technical discovery and implementation to testing, launch, and post-launch support. This is a hands-on role that combines technical problem-solving, customer communication, and close collaboration with Engineering and Customer Success teams.
Integration Delivery
Guide customers through API, webhook, and platform integrations from implementation to launch
Test integrations across sandbox and production environments and ensure readiness for deployment
Troubleshoot technical issues and help customers optimize their implementations
Identify, document, and communicate integration issues with clear reproduction steps
Documentation and Enablement
Maintain and improve integration documentation and technical best practices
Create customer-specific guidance and contribute to internal knowledge resources
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to support integrations and launches
Provide structured feedback on product gaps, customer challenges, and integration improvements
Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes and tooling
Technical background in software engineering, QA, technical support, solutions engineering, or related roles
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, HTTP, JSON, and common integration patterns
Experience troubleshooting technical integrations using dashboards and developer tools
Experience working with game developers, publishers, or gaming platforms
Familiarity with payments, in-app purchases, or e-commerce systems
Based in North America and fluent in English
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, PostHog)
Knowledge of mobile app ecosystems (App Store, Google Play)
Understanding of frontend/backend architecture
