Key Responsibilities
Provide support with booking requests, reservations, and scheduling tasks Assist in reviewing and verifying booking details for accuracy Communicate with clients regarding confirmations, updates, and next steps Maintain organized records of bookings and client interactions Monitor timelines to ensure all arrangements are completed on schedule Support a smooth and efficient booking process from start to finish

Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills Clear and professional communication abilities Ability to work independently in a remote environment Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Comfortable using email, online systems, and scheduling tools Preferred (Not Required) Experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative support Interest in travel, hospitality, or event-related services
