We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support reservation management and ensure all booking-related details are handled accurately and efficiently. This role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality client experience through organization and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate reservation requests Collect and document client preferences and details Review booking information for accuracy and completeness Communicate confirmations, updates, and necessary follow-ups Maintain organized records of client interactions and reservations Assist with administrative coordination and workflow support
