Position Overview
We are seeking organized and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Sports Travel & Event Coordinator. This role focuses on assisting clients with coordinating travel arrangements and event-related logistics for sporting events, tournaments, and group experiences.
This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel and events space. Structured onboarding and ongoing training are provided.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with coordinating travel arrangements for sporting events, including hotels, transportation, and packages Support event-related planning, including scheduling and itinerary coordination Communicate with clients regarding travel details, timelines, and event information Review reservations for accuracy, including dates, locations, and traveler details Maintain organized records of bookings and client communications Provide follow-up support before and after travel or events

Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills Clear written and verbal communication abilities Comfortable using online systems and digital tools Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote or structured environment Customer service, hospitality, or event coordination experience is helpful but not required
