
Requirements (Essential)
Previous experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager or Project Manager within an e-commerce environment. Hands-on experience setting up and configuring Shopify stores from start to finish. Strong understanding of Shopify themes, apps and store settings. Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Outstanding verbal and written English communication. Ability to build trusted relationships with clients. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Requirements (Desirable)
Experience with Shopify Plus. Knowledge of e-commerce integrations, including ERP, CRM or fulfilment platforms. Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo. Familiarity with Google Analytics, GA4 or e-commerce reporting. Experience working within a digital agency or supporting multiple e-commerce brands.
