
Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Linkedin Ads campaigns across search, display, video, and paid social. Conversion Tracking Setup: Implement and maintain accurate tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI, and platform‑specific tools. Performance Optimization: Analyze performance data to improve ROAS, CPA, and overall efficiency. Reporting & Insights: Build clear, actionable reports that translate data into strategic recommendations. A/B Testing: Test creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to align campaign strategy with business goals.
Experience
Google Ads Expertise: 2+ years managing Search, Display, PMAX, Demand Gen, and/or YouTube campaigns. Meta Ads Expertise: Experience running campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Analytics & Tracking: Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, and Meta CAPI implementation. Data‑Driven Decision Making: Ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly. Technical Troubleshooting: Comfortable diagnosing pixel issues, attribution discrepancies, and tracking errors
Preferred Qualifications
Server‑Side Tracking experience (Cloudflare, GTM Server‑Side, or similar). Familiarity with SQL, Looker Studio, or other BI tools. Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
