Logistics & Operations Assistant

Requirements (Essential)
Previous experience in a Logistics, Operations or Supply Chain support role. Strong understanding of commercial shipping documentation. Experience assigning or working with HS Codes. Experience using ERP, logistics or internal business management systems. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team.

Requirements (Desirable)
Experience with international freight and customs procedures. Knowledge of import/export compliance. Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers. Familiarity with inventory management systems. Experience within manufacturing, distribution or e-commerce environments.
