
Requirements
Previous bookkeeping or finance administration experience. Strong working knowledge of Xero. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize workload and manage tasks independently. Good organizational and time management skills. Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong written communication skills.
Working Style
Ability to work independently after an initial training and handover period. Self-motivated, organized, and dependable. Comfortable working with minimal day-to-day supervision. Knowledge of general accounting principles. Experience managing purchase orders and invoice processing.
