Asset Coordinator
Role: Asset Coordinator

Reports To: Client Recruitment Manager
About the Role We are looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Asset Coordinator to serve as the production engine for our hiring teams. You will be a shared resource supporting our Client Recruitment Managers, responsible for turning raw information into polished, professional assets for candidates and clients.
Your job is to remove administrative friction. When a Recruitment Manager needs a Job Description posted or an Organizational Chart created, you are the person who executes it quickly and flawlessly. You are the final checkpoint before our brand reaches the public.
What You’ll Do
- Asset Creation: Design and format high-quality visual assets, including social media job cards, candidate marketing visuals, and client-facing organizational charts.
- Job Description Management: Utilize our internal AI tools to generate, format, and proofread job descriptions, ensuring they are error-free and follow our style guide before publishing.
- ATS Management: Post and manage job openings in our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring all fields, salary data, and tagging are 100% accurate.
- Quality Control: Act as the "gatekeeper" for quality. You ensure no typos, formatting errors, or broken links ever reach a client or candidate.
- Task Management: Manage a queue of requests from multiple team members, prioritizing urgent needs and communicating clear timelines for delivery.
Who You Are
- A Design Pro: You are comfortable using Canva/Adobe suite to create clean, on-brand designs. You understand spacing, alignment, and social media dimensions.
- Detail-Obsessed: You spot double spaces, typos, and misalignment immediately. You take pride in "zero-defect" work.
- Tech-Savvy & Coachable: You can learn new software quickly. You are good at following detailed instructions without cutting corners.
- Communicator: You acknowledge requests immediately and ask clarifying questions if requirements aren’t clear. You never leave the team guessing about the status of a task.
- Reliable: You hit your deadlines. If you say it will be done by 2:00 PM, it is done by 2:00 PM.
