Monthly Rate: $750/month

Requirements

Experience Needed:

- Scheduling and calendar management

- Staff communication coordination

- Email management and responses

- Responding to referrals and appointment setting

- Reaching out to older clients for win-back campaigns

Good to have: - Preferred Industry Background: CPA firms, Accounting firms, Architectural firms

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Strong written and verbal communication

- Sales experience or sales oriented attitude for (no direct sales) appointment setting

- Extreme attention to detail

Industry/Tools Experience: - Google Suite, Canopy Tax (back office system), Dropbox
