Job Description
Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a performance-driven TikTok Ads Performance Specialist based in the Philippines to support paid advertising campaigns for U.S.-based client accounts.
This is a Philippines-based remote contractor role and is not a U.S.-based position. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with TikTok Ads, short-form video strategy, creative testing, pixel tracking, campaign optimization, CRM attribution, and paid social performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- The TikTok Ads Performance Specialist will design, launch, and manage TikTok advertising campaigns aligned with lead generation, conversion, traffic, or revenue goals. This includes conducting client intake, building campaign frameworks, setting up ad groups, managing targeting, configuring campaign segmentation, and launching campaigns using controlled budget and performance benchmarks.
- This role will develop creative testing plans focused on TikTok-native short-form content. The specialist will identify, script, and test video hooks, UGC-style videos, native storytelling, problem-solution formats, testimonial structures, and other creative concepts designed to improve engagement and lead generation.
- The position will monitor campaign performance, including CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA, cost per lead, creative fatigue, retention metrics, hook effectiveness, and lead quality. The specialist will adjust bidding strategies, audience structures, budgets, and campaign settings based on performance data.
- The TikTok Ads Performance Specialist will also install, verify, and troubleshoot TikTok Pixel, Events API, domain verification, UTM tracking, and CRM attribution. This role will ensure TikTok leads flow correctly into GoHighLevel or other assigned CRM platforms and that source attribution and lead quality are reviewed accurately.
- This position will prepare weekly campaign summaries and monthly reports covering spend, leads, cost per lead, creative performance, campaign results, CRM pipeline quality, and scaling recommendations.
Qualifications
- Candidates must be based in the Philippines and have at least 2–4 years of hands-on TikTok Ads experience. Strong understanding of short-form creative strategy, TikTok platform culture, scroll behavior, hook-based marketing, campaign setup, and paid social optimization is required.
- Experience installing TikTok Pixel and supporting basic Events API setup is required. Familiarity with CRM integrations is required, and GoHighLevel experience is preferred.
- Experience managing lead generation or conversion-based paid social campaigns is preferred. Experience working with U.S.-based clients, collaborating with video editors or UGC creators, and supporting creative production teams is also preferred. Meta Ads experience is a plus.
- Candidates must have a reliable computer, strong internet connection, quiet remote workspace, and the ability to pass background and reference checks.
Competencies and Skills
- The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager, campaign setup, creative testing, paid social optimization, short-form video performance, creative fatigue, hook testing, and rapid content iteration.
- This role requires strong analytical ability, organization, time management, tracking knowledge, attribution knowledge, UTM structure, TikTok Pixel, Events API, and CRM lead source validation. The candidate should be able to manage multiple campaign testing cycles, identify performance issues, follow up appropriately, and escalate concerns when needed.
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills are required. The candidate must be able to work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a professional, confidential, responsive, and accountable work style.
