Kit is an email-first operating system for creators who mean business. We help creators grow and monetize their audience with ease. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform.
More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote.
We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next.
Every month, Kit runs a set of live webinars with affiliate co-hosts to help new creators get started, and those sessions need a steady, polished presence at the front of the room. We're looking for a Webinar Host to lead these sessions: running the slides, managing Q&A and polls, and doing live product demos inside Kit and inside Claude, while making sure both the affiliate co-host and Kit come across at their best.
This role is a great fit for someone who genuinely enjoys being on camera, thinks on their feet when things don't go exactly to plan, and gets energy from teaching beginners all the way to experts.
We believe the creator economy is powered by genuine value creation, and these webinars are often a new creator's first real introduction to Kit. You'll help make that introduction feel credible, useful, and human, not like a sales pitch.
This is a part-time, independent-contractor role. It's ideal for someone who wants to show up prepared, present well, and let Kit handle the curriculum, slides, and logistics behind the scenes.
Your support systemYou'll report to Jordan Gill, Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager, for scheduling and day-to-day coordination. You'll also work closely with Shiv Chibber, Senior Creator Educator, who'll run your onboarding and practice sessions, and with the affiliates you're co-hosting alongside each webinar. Kit's team manages the curriculum, slide decks, and webinar operations, so your focus stays on reviewing materials, practicing, and showing up ready to present.
What you'll doFirst Week: Get access to the current webinar decks and curriculum, sit in on a live session to see the format and flow, and do practice run-throughs with Shiv Chibber to align on pacing, tone, and how to hand off between segments.
First Month: Start co-hosting live webinars on your own, running slides, polls, and Q&A, and doing live demos inside Kit and inside Claude. Get comfortable with the rhythm of a typical week, which may include two sessions on one day and one on another, depending on the affiliate's schedule.
First Three Months: Be a reliable, polished host for Kit's full slate of scheduled webinars each month (up to eight), someone the team can count on to walk into any session prepared, and someone new creators remember as a clear, credible voice for both their favorite affiliate and for Kit.
Skills
Confident, dynamic live presenting, with minimal filler words ("um," "like") and a natural, conversational pace
Comfortable running webinar software end to end: switching between slides, launching polls, and managing live Q&A without missing a beat
Able to do a smooth, unscripted live demo inside Kit and inside Claude
A working understanding of how to position a co-host in a webinar (when to hand off, when to highlight, when to step back) so both the affiliate and Kit come across well
Nice to have: some background in sales, webinars, or teaching that gives you an instinct for reading a room you can't see
Reliable, high-speed internet and a clean, well-lit on-camera setup (background, framing, audio) you can count on for every session
Experiences
Experience hosting, co-hosting, or presenting in live webinars, workshops, or virtual trainings
Firsthand experience with Kit, whether as a user, an affiliate, or a similar creator platform
Comfortable doing live software demos in front of an audience, including handling the occasional glitch in stride
Experience presenting to creators, small business owners, or a similar online audience is a plus
Traits
Shows up prepared. You'll review the slides and practice ahead of each session rather than winging it
Comes across as a genuine advocate for Kit and for the affiliate you're presenting with, not as someone reading a script
Stays steady when something goes off-script: a tech hiccup, an unexpected question, a quiet audience
Takes direction well on curriculum and messaging, while still bringing your own presence and polish to how you deliver it
Preferring a tightly scripted presentation over natural, conversational delivery
Feeling thrown off by live tech issues, unexpected questions, or last-minute changes
Wanting ownership over the curriculum or messaging (Kit manages the content and slides for this role)
Needing a fixed, predictable weekly schedule (webinar timing shifts based on affiliate availability, sometimes with two sessions in one day)
We're 100% remote with team members across the globe.
Webinars are scheduled between 10am and 4pm Eastern Standard Time, so there are never early mornings or late nights for this role unless you are international. We book the schedule at least 6 weeks in advance, so you'll know your session dates and times well ahead of time. That said, the exact cadence can vary week to week (sometimes two sessions in one day, one on another) depending on affiliate availability.
We welcome international candidates for this role. Since sessions fall within that 10am-4pm ET window, you'll want availability during those hours in your own time zone, along with good, reliable lighting for being on video during that stretch of your day.
CompensationThis is a part-time independent-contractor engagement (2-4 hours/week), paid per webinar hosted at a rate of $250 per session, with total monthly compensation capped at $2,000 depending on volume (up to 8 webinars per month). This is an initial 3-month contract with the opportunity to renew based on business need. As a contract role, this position is not eligible for Kit's full-time salary, equity, or benefits package. The contractor is responsible for their own taxes and insurance and invoices Kit monthly.
