• Provide professional customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and general account-related questions.

Requirements

• ·      You must have a C1/C2 level of Dutch, both written and verbal, and a high level of English. 
• ·      Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• ·      You must have a valid EU passport.
