Are you a Dutch speaker living in Greece with a passion for technology and helping people?
We're looking for Dutch-speaking Front Office Technical Customer Support Representatives to join one of our international clients based in Bulgaria and Greece. In this role, you'll work remotely from anywhere in Greece.
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll provide friendly, professional support and assist with basic technical questions, account-related issues, and product guidance. You don't need an IT background, but you should enjoy troubleshooting, learning new technologies, and finding solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and/or chat.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
- Assist with account, login, and product-related inquiries.
- Escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting quality standards.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch/Flemish (C1/C2).
- Good English skills (B2 or higher).
- Currently living in Greece.
- Legally authorized to work remotely from Greece.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
- Previous technical support experience is a plus, but not required.
