We're looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join one of our international clients based in Bulgaria and Greece. In this role, you'll work remotely from anywhere in Greece.
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll provide professional, friendly, and efficient support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and/or chat. You'll become part of an international team where your language skills and customer-focused approach will help create outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and/or chat.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the company's systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve more complex cases.
- Meet quality standards and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch/Flemish (C1/C2).
- Good English skills (B2 or higher).
- Currently living in Greece.
- Legally authorized to work remotely from Greece.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset and basic computer skills.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
