Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills — both spoken and written — are mandatory for this role; strong command of English is also required for internal communication.
• Valid EU passport or relevant documentation permitting legal residence and remote work within Bulgaria (mandatory).
• Previous experience in a customer support services role, helpdesk environment, or digital customer-facing position is highly advantageous.
• Genuine interest in search engine technology, digital products, and online tools, combined with strong digital literacy and the ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to handle inquiries with professionalism, patience, and clarity.
