We are a Digital Product Engineering company that is scaling in a big way! We build products, services, and experiences that inspire, excite, and delight. We work at scale — across all devices and digital mediums, and our people exist everywhere in the world (18000+ experts across 40 countries, to be exact). Our work culture is dynamic and non-hierarchical. We are looking for great new colleagues. That is where you come in!
This is a new role on a new team. We are building a small, senior New Business & Growth practice inside Product Studio.
Your job is to help Nagarro win work by crafting the narratives, strategies, and proposals that make clients say yes.
The problems you solve are strategic and creative.
A client issues an RFP or signals an opportunity. The brief is often ambiguous. You figure out what they actually need, develop the strategic angle, shape the story, integrate an AI and product perspective, direct the visual language, and deliver a proposal that stands apart from the competition.
Some days you are deep in a client's industry, identifying the real problem behind their stated requirements. Other days you are structuring a narrative arc across a 60-page proposal. Other days you are collaborating with AI practitioners, solution architects, and delivery leads to translate complex capabilities into something a CEO can believe in.
This is not a traditional proposal management or bid coordination role. It is a strategy, narrative, and design thinking role applied to how Nagarro competes for new business.
The core of the job: turn ambiguous opportunities into compelling, differentiated proposals that win.
What You'll Do
We value people who have built things themselves. Products. Businesses. Ventures. Capabilities. Experience creating something from nothing often matters more than experience advising others how to do it.
A portfolio that demonstrates compelling narrative work, strategic depth, and measurable impact on pursuits or proposals.
Context Matters
The best people for this role come from places where strategy, design, and storytelling overlap: consulting, design agencies, product strategy, professional services, or a combination of those.
The specific background matters less than what you can demonstrate.
We're less interested in traditional proposal management experience and more interested in people who can shape a differentiated narrative, integrate AI and product thinking into a pitch, and help Nagarro win work that matters.
AI and Emerging Technology
The way proposals and pursuits are created is changing rapidly.
We're looking for someone who is actively building with AI and continuously adapting as new capabilities emerge.
The goal is not to use AI because it's new. The goal is to create better outcomes, move faster, and help clients understand what matters and what to do.

What Success Looks Like
A year from now:
How We Work
This is a fully remote, async-first role.
We write things down, share work in documents, and use real-time meetings sparingly.
You structure your own day. No surveillance, no activity tracking, no performative availability.
We care about what you produce, not when you are online.
The pace is intense when pursuits demand it and spacious the rest of the time.
We do not celebrate overwork. We celebrate clear thinking and craft.
Closing
We care more about evidence than credentials.
If this sounds like the kind of work you enjoy, we'd love to hear from you.
