SUMMARY

The GTM Operating Model & Strategy Lead is responsible for defining and evolving the operating framework that enables GTM to scale effectively. This leader owns the orchestration of strategic planning, organizational design, governance, capacity planning, investment prioritization, and business operating mechanisms across the GTM organization.

The role serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and is accountable for ensuring the organization is structured, resourced, and aligned to deliver against business priorities.

This leader is responsible for bringing together HR, Finance, or RevOps and other appropriate stakeholders to drive decisions, develop recommendations, and ensure alignment across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Strategic Planning & Prioritization

• Lead annual planning for GTM and strategic investment planning.
• Establish prioritization frameworks for GTM initiatives and investments.
• Develop recommendations regarding resource allocation, organizational investments, and growth priorities.
• Conduct scenario planning and executive decision support.

Operating Model Design

• Define future-state GTM operating models.
• Design organizational structures, coverage models, and workforce strategies.
• Clarify roles, responsibilities, ownership models, and decision rights.
• Evaluate organizational effectiveness and recommend structural improvements.

Governance & Business Operations

• Establish governance forums and executive operating rhythms.
• Design business review processes and planning cadences.
• Drive cross-functional decision-making mechanisms.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 10+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, RevOps, Consulting, GTM Planning, or Organizational Effectiveness.
• 5+ years leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with annual planning, workforce planning, capacity planning, or organizational design.
• Experience influencing VP-level stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Management consulting experience.
• Enterprise software, cloud, or cybersecurity experience.
• Experience supporting organizations of 500+ employees.
• M&A integration or transformation experience.

Compensation + Benefits 

Compensation for this full-time position includes base salary + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.

US Base Pay Range$222,500—$310,000 USD
