How globalremotely sources jobs

Roughly a thousand new roles flow through this pipeline every day. Here is exactly what happens between a company posting a job and it appearing here.

  1. 1

    Direct from hiring systems

Roles come straight from company applicant-tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable and others) — not scraped from other job boards. Applying always sends you to the company's own posting.

  2. 2

    Eligibility classification

Every posting is classified for geographic eligibility: genuinely worldwide, restricted to regions, or restricted to specific countries. Only remote roles make the board, and eligibility is shown on every listing.

  3. 3

    A strict freshness window

Listings live for a bounded window keyed to when a role was posted or discovered. Nothing lingers for months; the board reflects the market as it is right now.

  4. 4

    Same-day removal

We re-check company hiring systems continuously. When a role disappears at the source, its page is closed the same day — no applying into the void.
