Requirements
- From 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Support, Marketing, or any other client-facing role (in any industry).
- Experience in the iGaming industry is not required, but a passion for learning and a drive to understand how the industry operates is essential;
- Upper-Intermediate / Advanced (Fluent) English is a MUST (both written and spoken for daily B2B communication);
- Strong willingness to learn, grow with the team, and bring fresh ideas and solutions based on new knowledge;

- Ability to communicate and present effectively across all levels inside and outside the organization;
- Well-organized, reliable, proactive, and responsible;
- Client-oriented with a solid understanding of what high-quality service looks like;
- Flexibility regarding working hours: readiness to stay in touch or respond outside standard working hours when necessary due to different time zones;
Main Tasks
- Support Account Managers and the Team Lead in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, taking ownership of assigned tasks and clients, and following through on agreed actions;
- Support day-to-day management of customer accounts, respond to enquiries, and coordinate timely follow-up on requests and issues;
- Become an expert in using our Client Area and Back Office systems;
- Act as a point of contact between customers, Account Managers, and the technical team, coordinating issue resolution and keeping customers informed;
- Educate customers on system functionalities and new features;
- Support promotional planning with customers alongside a dedicated Account Manager, using performance insights to help identify opportunities for account growth;
- Track agreed promotional activities, including marketing and social media commitments, and follow up proactively to support their delivery;
