Accenture Construct – Senior Electrical Estimator, ANS

You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."
You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.
At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.
You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.
Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

You'll perform detailed quantity take-offs (QTOs) using digital take-off software (e.g., Bluebeam, Accubid, LiveCount). You'll prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and other direct costs. You'll solicit, analyze, and level vendor and subcontractor quotes to ensure completeness and competitiveness. You'll develop detailed basis of estimate (BOE) documentation, outlining assumptions, inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications. You'll collaborate with the operations and pre-construction team to develop value-engineering ideas and constructability reviews. You'll participate in pre-bid and post-bid meetings (virtually) with clients, engineers, and general contractors. You'll utilize estimating software (e.g., Accubid, ConEst, McCormick) to build and format professional proposals. You'll maintain current knowledge of electrical codes, industry standards, material pricing, and labor rates. You'll manage multiple estimates simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines. Remote : This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Minimum of 8+ years of experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction industry Direct experience with data center projects is required

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including but not limited to: primary and secondary power distribution, emergency/back-up power systems (generators, UPS, ATS), branch power, lighting, fire alarm, and grounding Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and RFPs independently Proven experience estimating large-scale commercial or industrial electrical projects Proficiency with electrical estimating software (e.g., Accubid, ConEst) and digital take-off tools (e.g., Bluebeam Revu)

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list.
You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.
AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it.
Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.
Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.
Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point.
Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR's 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction's Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.
