AIRS Medical is a healthcare technology company using AI to make medical imaging faster and more accessible. Our FDA-cleared solution, SwiftMR, accelerates MRI scans by up to 50%, helping healthcare providers improve efficiency and the patient experience. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for people who want to make a meaningful impact on the future of healthcare.
🔹 AIRS Commercial Philosophy
At AIRS, we believe disciplined thinking and strong commercial results reinforce one another.
We expect our people to meet or exceed their commitments, create pipeline proactively, forecast accurately, and deliver consistent performance. How we achieve those results matters: through sound judgment, strong discovery, credible business cases, executive engagement, and helping clients make good decisions.
Our job is not to convince every client to buy AIRS. It is to understand what the client is trying to accomplish, determine whether there is a problem worth solving, quantify why it matters, and help the organization make a sound decision.
We value discernment over persuasion, evidence over assumption, and meaningful progress over activity alone.
Our commercial team operates within a disciplined model for account strategy, discovery, qualification, business-case development, executive engagement, and opportunity management. We value process because it improves judgment and execution, while still expecting independent thinking, adaptability, and sound commercial instincts.
Across every role, we look for people who are curious, coachable, commercially minded, comfortable with ambiguity, capable of thinking on their feet, and accountable for measurable outcomes.
🔹 The Opportunity
The Market Executive owns commercial performance across a defined geographic market and account universe.
This role is for a seller who can create demand, understand the local market, develop relationships, diagnose problems, build credible business cases, and close business without waiting for opportunities to be handed to them.
You are expected to know your market, create opportunity within it, and act as the commercial quarterback for AIRS across the accounts you own.
Requirements
🔹 What You Will Own
- Revenue and pipeline within your market
- New account development
- Existing client expansion
- Market and account strategy
- Prospecting and opportunity creation
- Discovery and qualification
- Business-case development

- Progress opportunities through the AIRS sales process with discipline
- Deliver consistent quarterly performance rather than relying on isolated large wins
- Increase penetration across your assigned market
- Convert meaningful client problems into well-qualified commercial opportunities
🔹 What Great Looks Like
You consistently create opportunity rather than depend on inbound demand.
You understand enough about the client’s business to move comfortably between radiology, operations, finance, technology, and executive stakeholders.
You do not rush to demonstrate product capability before understanding what matters.
You know how to determine whether an opportunity is real, what remains unknown, who matters, what needs to happen next, and whether continued investment of time is warranted.
🔹 What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a market strategy
- Prospect strategically across assigned accounts
- Build relationships with clinical, operational, technical, financial, and executive stakeholders
- Conduct high-quality discovery
- Identify and quantify operational and economic impact

- Coachable and actively interested in improving your craft
- Organized without being rigid
- Competitive without becoming transactional
- Comfortable changing your point of view when the evidence changes
- Able to prosecute an opportunity with discipline from discovery through close
- Comfortable helping a client reach a decision, even when the answer may not immediately favor AIRS
- Accountable for consistent production, not simply occasional wins
🔹 What You Bring
