Position Overview
We are seeking service-driven and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in a Customer Service Hospitality – Reservations role. This position focuses on assisting clients with coordinating reservations, managing booking details, and providing a smooth and positive customer experience.
This is an entry-level opportunity within the hospitality and travel space. No prior experience is required. Training and support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with making and managing reservations for hotels, resorts, and travel-related services Provide clear and professional communication regarding booking details and availability Support the reservation process from inquiry through confirmation Review reservation information for accuracy, including dates and guest details Maintain organized records of client bookings and communications Provide follow-up support and respond to customer questions as needed
Qualifications
