Key Responsibilities
Coordinate event details alongside travel-related arrangements and scheduling Assist with organizing timelines, reservations, and logistics Communicate with clients to gather information and confirm plans Review and verify details to ensure accuracy and completeness Provide updates, confirmations, and follow-ups in a timely manner Maintain organized records of client plans and coordination activities
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Comfortable using digital tools, email, and scheduling platforms Preferred (Not Required) Experience in event coordination, travel planning, or customer service Interest in events, hospitality, or travel-related services
