Position Overview
We are currently seeking a professional and organized Vacation Booking Coordinator to assist with coordinating travel reservations and client vacation planning in a remote environment.
This role focuses on supporting clients with vacation packages, resort stays, cruises, and travel-related arrangements while ensuring a smooth and accurate booking experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with coordinating vacation reservations and travel arrangements Organize client information, preferences, and booking details Review reservations for accuracy and completeness Communicate confirmations, updates, and itinerary information Maintain organized records of client interactions and bookings Support clients throughout the planning and reservation process
Requirements
Must be 18+ and based in the United States Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Comfortable using email, online systems, and scheduling tools
