Account Manager Enterprise Partnerships, Greater Philadelphia Area

Healthcare is changing, and local medical practices are caught in the middle. They are trying to shift from a system that rewards the volume of procedures to one that rewards the quality of patient care—but navigating that shift is incredibly tough. That’s where you come in.

As our Account Manager, you will be the ultimate strategic partner, business coach, and advocate for the medical practices in your portfolio. By helping them master Value-Based Care (VBC) contracts, you directly drive financial success (shared savings) and, most importantly, measurably better health outcomes for the community.

Communicate outcomes-oriented overviews of performance initiatives to convey organizational impact. ACO Operations: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop recurring executive-facing presentations and memos as needed. This may include data regarding practice performance, financial outcomes/projections, and contract terms at the practice and ACO level to external executives. Additional Responsibilities: Advise central leadership by proactively surfacing root causes of issues affecting practice performance. Adapt to evolving organizational needs and priorities by taking on additional duties as necessary.
