Our intelligence supports decisions connected to projects, investments, and expansions frequently valued at more than $100 million.
AlphaHire evaluates the workforce and market conditions that can determine whether those decisions succeed, including:
This position is exclusively focused on selling AlphaHire Intelligence products and executive decision-support solutions. It does not sell recruiting or staffing services.
AlphaHire’s intelligence platform is supported by a growing research ecosystem that includes the Workforce Intelligence Lab and the AlphaHire Research Library.
The Workforce Intelligence Lab is our nonprofit research organization focused on advancing workforce intelligence through original research, publications, academic collaboration, fellowships, grants, and institutional partnerships.
Our research ecosystem collaborates with multiple universities, academic faculty, research scientists, industry experts, and analytical partners. Areas of research include:
The AlphaHire Research Library brings together workforce studies, market intelligence, data, executive briefings, white papers, and industry research designed to support better business and investment decisions.
AlphaHire is engaging a small number of experienced business-development professionals who can originate and advance relationships with senior decision-makers.
This is a high-autonomy, performance-based opportunity for someone with an established executive network and a demonstrated ability to create new enterprise business.
You may come from enterprise SaaS, management consulting, professional services, market intelligence, construction, infrastructure, energy, private equity, data and analytics, or strategic partnerships. Your industry specialization will be identified during the application process.
You will not be expected to conduct the underlying workforce research yourself. Your role is to identify qualified opportunities, open executive relationships, understand the business decision at stake, and help advance the opportunity through a signed engagement.
AlphaHire leadership and research specialists will support qualified conversations with intelligence capabilities, executive briefings, approved sales materials, solution design, and proposal development.
Requirements
Experience selling data, analytics, research, advisory services, market intelligence, enterprise software, due diligence, risk analysis, or other executive decision-support solutions is particularly relevant.
Benefits

We are interested in what you have personally sold, who you can credibly engage, and how you create business—not simply the companies or titles previously listed on your résumé.
