Join Aprio's Risk Advisory and Assurance Services (RAAS) Team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Director, RAAS l Managed Services to join their dynamic team!
Aprio is building a managed security services (MSSP) practice focused on the Microsoft security ecosystem, serving Defense Industrial Base (DIB) contractors, DoD and federal organizations, and other regulated customers. As Director of RAAS Managed Services, you will own the service end to end — defining the offering, standing up the operations, building the team, winning the first customers, and growing the practice into a scalable, profitable business line. This is an entrepreneurial, build-from-early-stage opportunity backed by the resources and relationships of a high-growth professional services firm. You will be equally comfortable writing a KQL detection rule, briefing a defense program manager, and presenting a P&L to executive leadership.

What You'll Gain / Impact:
Rare opportunity to build and lead a first-of-its-kind MSSP practice within a nationally recognized professional services firm. Full ownership of a new business line from early stage through scale — including service design, go-to-market strategy, and team development. Direct impact on national security outcomes by protecting DIB and federal organizations. Deep partnership with Microsoft and hands-on access to the full Microsoft security ecosystem. High-visibility role with direct exposure to firm-wide executive leadership and growth strategy.

Candidate Qualifications
Required: 8–12 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing technical teams. Demonstrated experience building or launching an MSSP, MDR, or managed SOC service — including service design, pricing, onboarding, and scaling to multiple customers.
