
Key Responsibilities
Generate New Business: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media (LinkedIn), and lead generation campaigns. Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline, moving leads from initial contact to closed deals. Client Pitching & Demos: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Market Research: Research potential prospects to understand their business needs and identify market gaps. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software and provide regular reports on progress and performance. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers (CEOs, managers).
Requirements and Skills
Experience: 5+ years of proven success as a Sales Executive (startup experience is a plus), selling SaaS to mid-market software companies. Experience in Customer Experience and/or Contact Center is a plus. Sales Acumen: "Hunter" mentality with a passion for prospecting and closing net-new deals. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and negotiation. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office. Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to hit ambitious sales targets.
