Healthcare Virtual Assistant

Requirements
● Previous experience working in a healthcare or medical environment ● Experience working with an EHR/EMR system ● Strong understanding of healthcare administration ● Experience completing prior authorizations — this is an important requirement ● Experience dealing with insurance claims, denials, and rejections ● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills ● Strong organisational and time-management skills ● Ability to handle confidential patient information professionally ● Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities ● Reliable internet connection and a professional remote working environment

Nice to Have
● Experience working within a mental health or therapy practice ● Previous experience with Eikonotes ● Experience with RingCentral ● Spanish-speaking ability would be a plus, but is not essential
