Investment Operations & Client Service Specialist

What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will be someone who: ● Has experience in investment operations, wealth management, financial services, RIA operations, client servicing, or a similar environment ● Has experience working with investment accounts, custodians, or financial administration ● Is highly detail-oriented and takes pride in the quality of their work ● Can work quickly without sacrificing accuracy ● Has excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Is confident identifying missing information and following up with the relevant person ● Is comfortable communicating with external organisations and custodian support teams ● Can follow established processes while also recognising opportunities to improve them ● Is proactive and willing to speak up when there is a problem ● Works well independently while remaining a strong team player

Experience With:
Experience with any of the following would be highly advantageous: ● Charles Schwab ● Fidelity ● Raymond James ● Black Diamond ● Orion ● RIA or wealth management platforms ● Investment account administration ● Client account opening and maintenance
