The ideal candidate will be: ● Experienced in medical or healthcare administration ● Highly organised and detail-oriented ● A quick learner who can confidently pick up new processes and systems ● Comfortable working independently in a remote environment ● Proactive and able to spot ways to improve processes ● Professional and confident when communicating with patients and external providers ● Comfortable working with confidential medical information ● Ideally experienced within a mental health or similar healthcare setting ● Comfortable communicating over the phone with a clear, professional and easily understood accent

Systems
Experience with the following systems would be advantageous: ● RingCentral ● PracticeQ / IntakeQ Experience with other medical practice management or communication platforms will also be considered.
