Medical Front Desk Receptionist

What We're Looking For:
● Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, call handling or customer service role. ● Experience within a medical, healthcare, dental, cosmetic or similar patient-facing environment is highly desirable. ● Excellent spoken and written English. ● Neutral or minimal accent with clear communication skills. ● Friendly, compassionate and confident telephone manner. ● Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. ● Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems. ● Professional, reliable and organised.
