People Operations & Talent Coordinator

Requirements
We're looking for someone who: ● Has previous experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or Talent Operations. ● Has hands-on experience with: ○ Justworks ○ Ashby ○ DocuSign ● Is comfortable using: ○ Slack ○ Gmail ○ Zoom ● Has excellent organisational and communication skills. ● Is highly trustworthy and able to handle confidential employee and salary information. ● Is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Nice to Have ● Experience with Ramp. ● Experience using AI tools such as Claude or similar frontier AI models. ● Experience creating or managing AI-powered workflows and automations.
