Who You Are

• A strategic partner and customer marketer with experience building and scaling global partner programs and customer advocacy programs in SaaS and/or ecommerce technology.
• A strong storyteller who can articulate joint value propositions that resonate with partners, sellers, and customers — and who knows how to turn customer success into compelling proof points.
• Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally across Partner, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Programmatic and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple partner and customer marketing initiatives, launches, and campaigns simultaneously.
• Data-driven and results-focused, using performance insights to optimize partner engagement, customer advocacy, and revenue impact.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment with partners and customers across regions, business models, and maturity levels.

What You'll Do

As Global Partner and Customer Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of Athos Commerce’s partner marketing programs worldwide, as well as our customer marketing and advocacy programs. You will work closely with Partner, Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Customer Success teams to drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue through strategic alliances, technology partners, agencies, and marketplaces — while also building the customer relationships that fuel references, testimonials, and community. Your role will be critical in activating partners, enabling co-selling motions, mobilizing happy customers as advocates, and ensuring Athos Commerce is positioned as a high-impact partner across the ecommerce ecosystem.

You will design scalable partner and customer marketing frameworks while also rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns, content, and enablement that drive measurable results.

• Develop and execute the global partner marketing strategy aligned to Athos Commerce’s growth objectives.
• Define and communicate joint value propositions, positioning, and messaging for key partners and partner segments.
• Plan and launch co-marketing initiatives including joint campaigns, webinars, events, content, and marketplace listings.
• Create partner-facing marketing assets such as pitch decks, solution briefs, one-pagers, case studies, and partner toolkits.
• Enable partners with training, messaging, and sales-ready materials to support co-selling and referrals.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen to integrate partners into broader marketing campaigns and pipeline programs.
• Support partner launches, announcements, and product integrations in coordination with Product and Product Marketing.
• Track, measure, and optimize partner marketing performance using pipeline, revenue, and engagement metrics.
• Serve as the marketing point of contact for strategic global partners, ensuring consistent execution across regions.
• Build and run customer marketing programs — including customer campaigns, and advocacy communications — in close partnership with Customer Success.
• Source, develop, and manage customer references, testimonials, and case studies to support Sales, partner co-marketing, and demand generation.
• Grow Athos Commerce’s presence and ratings on product review sites (e.g., G2) through structured customer review campaigns.
• Identify and cultivate customer advocates for speaking opportunities, webinars, and joint partner/customer storytelling.

How You Will Succeed

• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through effective co-marketing and enablement programs.
• Build strong alignment with Partner, Sales, and Marketing teams to support scalable partner growth.
• Activate partners with clear messaging, compelling assets, and simple, repeatable programs.
• Continuously refine partner strategies based on performance data, partner feedback, and market dynamics.
• Elevate Athos Commerce’s brand and visibility within the global ecommerce and martech partner ecosystem.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliances marketing, customer marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing roles.
• Proven success building and executing partner marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
• Experience building customer advocacy programs — references, testimonials, case studies, review generation, and/or a customer advisory board.
• Experience working with technology, agency, or platform partners in ecommerce, martech, or SaaS environments.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, partner-first and customer-first mindset.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Partner, Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Customer Success teams.
