AI Marketing Junior Assistant
Azumo · Full-time · Posted 1w ago
Azumo is looking for a curious and motivated AI-Powered Marketing Semi Senior Assistant to join our marketing team and help grow the Azumo brand. The role is fully remote across Latin America, aligned to your working day.
This is a hands-on role where you'll learn our business and market while using ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools to create content, grow our social media, improve our visibility in AI search, and measure results.
You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams and have access to leading paid AI, marketing, content, analytics, and creative tools
We care about how you work, not just which tools you have used.
We want someone who can take an idea and turn it into something real. You should be comfortable researching a topic, creating the content and visuals, publishing or launching the work, measuring the results, and improving the next iteration.
AI should already be a natural part of that process for you.
At the same time, we are not looking for someone who simply generates content and publishes it. Strong judgment, creativity, attention to quality, and an understanding of the audience are essential.
Azumo offers an opportunity to learn and build your marketing career inside a technology company where AI is part of the everyday work.
You will have the opportunity to:
• Receive training and mentored career development.
• Access leading paid AI, marketing, analytics, content, and creative tools.
• Work across social media, content, analytics, GEO/AEO, and emerging AI marketing channels.
• Experiment with new tools and approaches in real marketing initiatives.
• Focus on growing one company and one brand: Azumo.
• Work closely with experienced team members and company leadership.
• Take ownership of projects and see the direct impact of your work.
• Develop skills in emerging areas of marketing as AI changes how people search, discover, and evaluate companies.
Responsibilities
As part of the Azumo marketing team, you will:
• Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools daily for research, content creation, design, and analysis.
• Create content for LinkedIn and other social media channels: posts, graphics, carousels, and short-form videos, including AI-generated visuals.
• Write and improve articles, case studies, newsletters, presentations, and landing pages.
• Work on GEO and AEO to improve Azumo's visibility in AI search platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Track how Azumo and its competitors appear in search and turn content gaps into new ideas.
• Prepare marketing reports on traffic, social media, campaigns, leads, and conversions.
• Spot repetitive tasks that can be automated.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams, including updates to Azumo's website.
Requirements

• Experience creating content for LinkedIn and other social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Reddit, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of marketing data, KPIs, and reporting.

• Interest in evaluating marketing ideas and connecting them to business results.
• Experience using AI tools for design, video production, or marketing operations.
• Knowledge of HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, or Search Console.
