We safeguard that trust with our Guided Process, fueled by the Event Management team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Event Management, you play a fundamental role in keeping BaAM’s cross-disciplinary teams on track through the project and event planning lifecycle. You collaborate teamwide to successfully deliver on project objectives. As a champion of project management principles, you ensure a continuity of objectives through to execution, which enables BaAM to deliver WOW for our clients’ fans and followers. 

In your role as Project Manager, you support the team by managing project schedule, budget, and scope across a variety of functions. Your responsibilities include: 

• Collaborating with cross-disciplinary team members as a team leader in the successful delivery of projects and events
• Developing project plans, in close collaboration with project team and departmental leads to ensure overall alignment and clarity for direction and process at the outset of a project
• Supporting collection and assembly of project resourcing requirements, estimates, and roles & responsibilities documentation, to clearly define and communicate project team scope
• Ensuring details of deliverables and project schedules have been documented and communicated to appropriate stakeholders and team members
• Leading reporting and reforecasting efforts as projects evolve throughout the project’s lifecycle
• Developing and diligently managing project budgets using BaAM-developed and client-driven documentation, including purchase orders, estimates, rate cards, etc.
• Working closely with the client or internal client liaison to maintain ongoing, effective communication relating to project progress and to relay client feedback to the project team
• Ensuring all documentation follows existing processes and industry best practices, consistently applied from project to project, year over year
• Working with clients and partners to bring added value to projects and project revenues as appropriate
• Using existing and newly developed Project Management tools to monitor the financial health of the project
• Assuming other roles and responsibilities as assigned
