Cold Calling SDR

In 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast-forward to today, and we've transformed into Belkins Group — a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. For seven years running, we’ve been the top appointment-setting agency, achieving amazing results across 50+ industries worldwide.

Our results speak for themselves: with over 1,000 clients and a global portfolio, we’ve set up more than 200,000 appointments, delivering a $10 return for every $1 spent. We’re experts in B2B appointment setting, providing essential services for companies ready to take their growth to the next level. By diving deep into lead research and using customized, omnichannel strategies, we turn opportunities into real success.

Joining Belkins means signing up for a journey of unstoppable growth and success, driven by curiosity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.

Things You’ll Be Doing:
Making a high volume of cold calls every day across several client projects via the Koncert power dialer. Most of your day will be spent on the phone; Reaching decision-makers in the US and Europe and turning conversations into booked appointments; Adapting your pitch to each client, industry, and prospect; Handling objections live and following up until the meeting is on the calendar; Using a wide range of AI tools every day (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and others) for prospect research, call prep, and sharpening your pitch; Tracking your dials, connect rate, and call-to-meeting conversion, and adjusting your approach as you go; Joining regular review calls with clients to discuss results.

What You Bring:
2+ years of SDR or sales experience with a strong cold-calling background in B2B or B2C; Native or near-native English and confidence reaching and speaking with US prospects; Availability during US business hours (approximately 7:00 AM–3:00 PM EST); AI-first mindset: you use AI every day, know which tools actually work for sales, and can show us how they make you faster on the phone; Nice to have: experience with a power dialer such as Orum, Kixie, Nooks, Aircall, or similar. Solid objection handling and a track record of landing next steps; A habit of tracking your metrics and knowing how to improve them; Ability to manage several client projects in parallel without losing quality or pace; Disciplined follow-up and reliable CRM hygiene.
