The Role
You’ll call American restaurant owners, create urgency around BeyondMenu’s platform, and book qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This is high-volume cold outbound — 150–300 calls per day, most ending in rejection, some ending in wins that pay your commission.
 
This is a phone-first role. You’ll prospect, cold call, handle objections, control conversations, and earn decision-maker attention — daily.

What You’ll Do
Cold call restaurant owners across the US to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives Run high-volume outbound prospecting — calls, follow-ups, tasks Position value quickly and confidently in fast-paced conversations Handle objections and earn commitment from busy decision-makers Maintain clean activity, notes, and outcomes in Salesforce Hit daily execution standards for dials, talk time, connects, and meetings set Improve continuously through structured call coaching, QA, and performance feedback

$750 USD/month base + uncapped commission — $1,100/month guaranteed during training.
