Sales Representative — Remote, USD Pay, US Eastern Hours

About Beyond Menu
BeyondMenu helps 15,000 independent restaurants win with digital hospitality — SEO, online ordering, guest engagement, retention, and revenue-driving tools built specifically for owner-operators. We’re a leading revenue partner for independent restaurants in the US.

We’re profitable, growing fast, and building a world-class sales team in Cairo.

Why This Role
Earn in US dollars. $1,100/month guaranteed from day one during training — and it only goes up from there. Our ramped reps earn $1,500… $2,000… $2,500… $3,000 and beyond. Commissions are uncapped. That’s 10x the national average salary, in a currency that holds its value.

Work from home. No commute, no office politics. You, your headset, and your numbers.

Built for students and recent grads. Our shift aligns with US Eastern business hours — typically 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM Cairo time, with flexibility to shift schedules later depending on business needs — which means you can attend university during the day and build a real career in the evening. No prior sales experience required — we provide comprehensive training. What we’re looking for is fluent English, competitive drive, and the discipline to show up every day.

Already have sales experience? Even better. Experienced BDRs and SDRs ramp faster and earn more. If you’ve carried a target at Raya, Xceed, Teleperformance, or any outbound operation, you know the game — we just pay better.

The Role
You’ll call American restaurant owners, create urgency around BeyondMenu’s platform, and book qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This is high-volume cold outbound — 150–300 calls per day, most ending in rejection, some ending in wins that pay your commission.

This is a phone-first role. You’ll prospect, cold call, handle objections, control conversations, and earn decision-maker attention — daily.

What You’ll Do
