In This Role
You will design and execute high-impact B2C email campaigns for a large global customer audience. You will transform campaign concepts into polished, on-brand email experiences by combining strong visual design, persuasive copywriting, and email-marketing expertise.
You will collaborate with creative leads, marketers, and program stakeholders throughout concept development, design, feedback, production, and launch. This role is ideal for a hands-on creative marketer who thinks visually, works fluently in Figma, and understands how design and messaging influence customer engagement.

Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $31.25 – $34.62/hr. with a mid-point of $32.94/hr. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
