What you’ll do
- Build pipeline through multi-channel outbound outreach: email, phone and LinkedIn
- Research and prospect into target accounts, from managers and department heads at mid-market companies to Directors, VPs and C-level leaders at enterprises
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book discovery meetings for the AE team
- Write personalised, relevant messaging and refine sequences based on what’s working
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date in HubSpot
- Work with Sales and Marketing to sharpen our campaigns
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings and pipeline

- A track record of meeting or beating targets
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Confidence engaging senior decision-makers in both mid-market and enterprise organisations
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and a sales engagement platform such as Outreach, Apollo or Salesloft

- Self-motivated and organised, able to work productively in a remote team
- Based in EMEA, with flexibility to work hours that overlap with our target markets (which may include North America)

- Additional languages, such as German, French, Spanish or Dutch
- Experience selling into international or multi-country markets
- An existing network within the hospitality industry
