What you’ll do

- AR clean-up: Rebuild and reconcile AR by entity, location and payer, apply the reserve methodology and resolve unapplied cash.
- AP & accruals: Clean up the AP subledger, perform vendor reconciliations and prepare cutoff and month-end accruals.
- Payroll: Prepare accruals for payroll, benefits, bonuses and provider compensation, and reconcile them to the GL.
- ASC 842 leases: Inventory clinic and equipment leases, and maintain ROU asset and lease liability schedules.
- Inventory & GL review: Correct medical supply inventory entries, prepare balance sheet reconciliations and support the P&L review.
- Intercompany: Record and reconcile intercompany transactions and support the consolidation process.
- Documentation: Document processes and help build a repeatable month-end close.
