Key Responsibilities
Coordinate vacation travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, transportation, and vacation packages
Organize detailed travel itineraries to ensure all vacation components are accurately planned
Assist clients in selecting destinations and travel options that match their preferences and budgets
Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and availability
Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications
Provide travelers with guidance on travel schedules, documentation requirements, and trip details
Support travelers with itinerary updates or travel-related questions before and during their trips
Stay informed on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple travel arrangements and details simultaneously

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
