CC.Talent is looking for for a confident and motivated Outbound B2B Caller to join our team and help generate new business opportunities in the Australian market.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in outbound calling, B2B sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting and is comfortable speaking with business owners, decision-makers, and other professionals.
This is a part-time role for 16 hours per week, with the potential to transition into a full-time position after 2 months based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities
Make outbound B2B calls to prospective businesses in Australia.
Introduce the company, products, or services professionally and engagingly.
Identify and qualify potential leads based on established criteria.
Speak with business owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
Generate qualified leads and/or book appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects through calls and other approved communication channels.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and outcomes.
Meet agreed daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
Provide feedback on prospect responses, common objections, and market insights.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in outbound calling, B2B sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or lead generation.
Strong spoken and written English.
Clear, confident, and professional phone communication skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Ability to engage business decision-makers and build rapport quickly.
Strong listening, communication, and objection-handling skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Reliable attendance and strong time-management skills.
Willingness to work Australian business hours/morning shift.
