Role: Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator

Monthly Rate: $650-750

Availability:20 hours/week

Time Zone: Flexible, with an overlap of 2-3 hours within US business hours

Requirements

Experience Needed/Responsibilities:

- Build operational processes and workflows from the ground up

- Create SOPs, onboarding workflows, and internal documentation

- Research tools, systems, and best practices for the business

- Assist with admissions consulting support and client coordination

- Manage calendar and inbox

- Recommend and help implement a CRM

- Build and maintain client follow-up systems

- Track tasks, deadlines, and ongoing projects

- Coordinate administrative and operational activities

- Assist with marketing initiatives, including newsletters, content creation, and building an annual content calendar

- Provide general executive and administrative support as the business scales

Good to have:

-  Healthcare or medical background or experience

- Marketing experience (newsletters, content calendars, content creation)

- Admissions consulting or education industry experience

- Startup experience

- Experience documenting SOPs and workflows

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Experience building operational systems and processes from the ground up

- Strong executive assistant and operations coordination experience

- Comfortable researching, recommending, and implementing business tools and automations

Industry/Tools Experience:

- CRM and automation tools
