Commercial Enablement Manager

We’re looking for a Commercial Enablement Manager to drive commercial readiness and effectiveness across Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and our partner network. Using data, customer insight and market intelligence, you’ll shape our enablement strategy to strengthen our value proposition, focus on the right opportunities and drive measurable revenue growth.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps), you’ll join our newly established Revenue Operations & Commercial Strategy team, alongside Business Intelligence, Marketing Automation & AI, and Product Marketing. Together, we own the commercial revenue engine across Sales and Marketing.

Your focus will be turning insight into action to improve pipeline, conversion, retention and cross-sell. You’ll play a key role in our 2027 priorities, including ABM in priority sectors, growth in DACH and the Nordics, partnerships and portfolio cross-sell.

We are open to on-site, hybrid, and remote working within two time zones of our offices (CET).

About Us

Our group brings together three European software brands that help organisations earn and use data with trust: Cookie Information for consent management; Piwik PRO for privacy-by-design analytics and data activation; and Sheltr for reliably finding personal data in internal data sources.

Headquartered in Copenhagen with an office in Wrocław, our team of 180 people have been building trusted data solutions since 2011. We work with companies and marketing teams across various industries that take control of their data model, including some of the most data-sensitive clients in healthcare, finance, energy & utilities, and the public sector. We are proud that our clients rely on us to meet GDPR and EU data residency requirements across EMEA and the US, as this regulatory depth is hard to build and replicate. We believe compliance and performance are not opposites. Consented data, auditable analytics and full visibility of personal data belong to one data journey; together they form a foundation that marketing, IT, legal and the C-level can rely on.

Our journey is to move from a regulation-driven house of brands to one unified company with a clear point of view. We are creating a new category around this complete data journey, and together we are building an enterprise-ready, data-driven revenue engine led by thought leadership. Want to join us on this journey? Keep reading to find out how you can help shape this with us.

The Role

As our Commercial Enablement Manager, you’ll own the commercial enablement strategy and execution, roadmap and performance across Cookie Information, Piwik PRO and Sheltr. Through combining strategic direction with data-driven decision-making, you’ll equip our teams and partners to turn commercial opportunities into results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Align programmes, content and priorities with commercial objectives, product strategy and brand positioning across all three brands.
• Partner with BI and RevOps to analyse CRM, pipeline, win/loss, sales conversation and customer data, identify performance gaps and measure revenue impact.
• Develop account- and sector-specific playbooks, messaging, competitive positioning, objection handling and customer proof points across the buying and renewal journey.
• Lead our commercial events strategy by setting objectives and target-account strategies for conferences, executive events and partner events, and measuring their impact on pipeline and customer relationships in collaboration with our events agency.
• Turn insights from Sales, CS, customers and partners into actionable improvements for Marketing, Product and RevOps.
• Own partner enablement by shaping partner onboarding, certification, train-the-trainer programmes, co-branded resources and sector initiatives that help agency and reseller partners sell our portfolio independently.
• Support launches, new propositions and priority segments, measuring adoption, knowledge and field effectiveness to continuously improve enablement.
• Equip customer-facing teams and partners to communicate our value in marketing analytics, privacy-first data and compliance.

About You

You’re a strategic, data-driven commercial thinker who turns customer insight and business performance into practical action. You understand that effective enablement is about driving measurable improvements, not simply producing more content or training. You’re comfortable setting direction, influencing stakeholders and owning outcomes, while staying close to what customer-facing teams need to succeed.

You bring:

• A commercial and data-driven mindset where you use data to set priorities, identify performance gaps and demonstrate the business impact of your work.
• Customer-centricity with the ability to turn feedback from Sales, Customer Success, customers and partners into improvements in messaging, processes and commercial effectiveness.
• Events expertise through your experiences shaping conferences, executive events or partner events around clear commercial objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Stakeholder leadership through cross-functional team alignment, influence without direct authority and coordination of internal stakeholders and external agencies towards shared goals.
• The ability to simplify complex topics, communicate a compelling value proposition and lead effective presentations and train-the-trainer programmes.
• Fluency in English (C2).

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Piwik PRO or other web analytics platforms, such as GA4, Adobe Analytics or Matomo.
• Knowledge of GDPR/ePrivacy, consent management and data governance, or experience selling into regulated sectors such as healthcare, finance, energy and the public sector.
• Experience enabling agency partners in regulated markets, including US healthcare.
• Experience supporting multi-brand portfolios, cross-sell motions and commercial teams across European markets.
• Familiarity with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic or Showpad, and conversation intelligence tools such as Gong.
• Knowledge of German, French or a Nordic language.

What we offer

• A compelling product and market opportunity helping us turn growing demand for privacy-first analytics and trusted data solutions into commercial growth.
• Ownership and impact potential where you can come and build our enablement strategy and shape how we sell across three brands and multiple European markets.
• Strategic breadth by connecting data-driven ABM, sector strategy, partner development, customer engagement and high-impact events.
• A voice in the business working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing and RevOps to influence how we go to market.

• Professional development budget, health insurance, and other benefits.
• A positive, informal workplace.

Application process

We’re looking to fill the position as soon as possible and will be inviting candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis, so don’t hesitate to send your application today.

This is what our recruitment process looks like:

• A brief screening call with our Talent Partner (online, approx. 30 mins)
• An in-depth interview with the hiring manager and a member of the team (online)
• A final interview with the hiring manager, including a live case (online)

This process is subject to change. All applicants who progress to the screening call will be informed of the full process as some stages may be combined and/or in person.
