We are adding a Sales Development Representative to a remote offshore sales team focused entirely on outbound prospecting into new accounts. You will work closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to open conversations with dental practices that are not yet customers of a healthcare technology and digital marketing provider.
This is a phone-first role. Your day centers on cold calling, supported by targeted email outreach and account research before each conversation. You will qualify prospects and hand them off to Account Executives. Excellent spoken and written English and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment are essential.

- Research target accounts to understand the practice, its size, current tools, and likely needs
- Build and work a prioritized list of new prospects to create opportunities for Account Executives
- Communicate the value of the software and digital marketing services to practice owners and office managers
- Uncover prospect pain points and business needs, and position the solution against them
- Qualify prospects against predetermined criteria before handoff
- Book meetings and hand off qualified prospects to the appropriate Account Executive
- Create and run HubSpot email sequences that support and follow up on calls
- Collaborate with the team to write personalized outreach in a remote environment
- Follow up persistently with prospects who are not yet ready
- Share call insights and feedback with the sales team to refine messaging and improve conversion
- Log every call, email, and outcome in HubSpot, keeping records accurate and current
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings while building product knowledge and sales skills
