Sr Enterprise Account Executive, APAC (Direct & Partner)

As the global leader in AI-powered customer experience assurance, we help some of the world's most recognized brands deliver seamless, reliable, and engaging interactions across voice, digital, messaging, and AI-powered channels. Every year, our platform helps optimize hundreds of millions of customer journeys, ensuring businesses can confidently deliver exceptional experiences at scale.

As enterprises race to deploy agentic AI, the defining question is no longer whether AI can handle customer interactions, it’s whether those interactions can be trusted. Cyara is the confidence layer that answers that question, testing AI agents with AI agents to detect hallucinations, validate decisions, and ensure compliance before failures ever reach your customers.

Joining Cyara means helping shape the future of customer experience, partnering with some of the world’s biggest brands, and working alongside passionate, talented people who are committed to making every customer interaction better.

About the role
This is a quota-carrying territory role that combines direct enterprise selling with partner-led growth. You will own revenue in APAC, selling directly to named enterprise accounts while building and managing the partner ecosystem (CCaaS platforms, resellers, system integrators, and technology alliances) that extends our reach. As Cyara expands into new APAC markets, you will help open those markets, establishing the first customers, the first partners, and the playbook that follows.

Let's talk about the role and responsibilities Own the territory number. Establish a vision and plan for pipeline generation through to sales closure across both direct and partner-sourced/influenced revenue. Consistently deliver quota with dedication to the number and to deadlines. Plan with rigor. Develop a comprehensive plan for achieving assigned quotas within the fiscal period, incorporating Territory Planning, Account Planning, and Close/Win Planning for both motions. Sell direct. Prospect, qualify, and close new business with enterprise accounts in APAC, identifying the right buyers and landing, adopting, expanding, and deepening opportunities. Build and run the partner ecosystem. Recruit, enable, and manage partners in the region, with joint business plans, pipeline targets, and executive relationships across the partners' entire org chart, owning all parts of the partner lifecycle. Co-sell with Genesys, NICE, AWS and other alliances. Drive joint account planning, deal registration, and co-selling with regional teams of our technology alliance partners. Navigate channel and direct dynamics. Apply clear rules of engagement to decide when to lead directly, when to lead through a partner, and when to go joint, and resolve conflict with fairness and transparency. Open new APAC markets. Assess and prioritize new markets (for example Singapore, Japan, India, Southeast Asia), identify launch partners, and build repeatable entry plans with regional and global leadership. Negotiate and close. Recognize negotiation opportunities, use trading and bargaining techniques, and appropriately leverage discounts and promotions as economic levers. Overcome obstacles to secure contracts and purchase orders. Communicate value. Articulate Cyara's value proposition and competitive advantages with accuracy and skill to customers, partners, and executives. Keep the engine visible. Maintain planning tools, CRM hygiene, and forecasts to support cross-functional discussions, deal reviews, and executive engagement. Lead in the market. Become known as a thought leader in CX assurance and automation through events, partner enablement, and customer engagement.
